Does not show up as installed on FS19, version 1.6
Yes, the zip was added to the proper folder, other mods installed the same place shows up in game, so there is something broken with this.
Currently can’t recommend this, don’t know if it ever will be fixed.
please fix this been broken for months by look of it defo needs updating as it does not show up as installed
